If you're a creative thinker with a heart for meaningful work, the AAVERI 2025 Creative Internship Program is more than just another résumé builder. It’s a space to align your creative gifts with real-world experience, brand strategy and purpose-driven collaboration — all while being mentored by industry professionals who care about your growth just as much as your output.

This internship was built to give emerging creatives a seat at the table — not just as observers but as collaborators and change-makers. Here’s what you’ll find inside.
Choose Your Track: Three Roles. One Purpose.
Each internship path is designed to help you deepen your skills, own your lane, and explore how your creativity can impact a real brand experience. You’ll choose one track based on your interests and strengths:
→ Content Marketing Intern
You’ll bring ideas to life through thoughtful words and clear strategy. From writing brand-aligned blogs and newsletters to organizing content calendars and brainstorming email series, you’ll help shape how AAVERI and our clients connect with their audiences. This role is perfect for those who love storytelling, clarity and creating content with purpose.
You’ll get to:
Write blogs that educate and empower small business owners and creatives.
Assist in shaping voice and tone guides for brand campaigns.
Help craft newsletter strategies and performance recaps.
Learn how content supports SEO, customer journeys and brand positioning.
→ Graphic Design Intern
More than just “making it pretty,” you’ll practice designing for clarity, cohesion and conversion. You’ll support client deliverables and internal campaigns across social, email and web platforms — all while refining your technical skills and creative process in a professional design environment.
You’ll get to:
Design carousel graphics, social templates, and digital toolkits.
Work in platforms like Canva and Figma.
Support the visual identity of real client projects and AAVERI initiatives.
Understand the balance of brand consistency, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
→ Social Media Curator Intern
If you’re naturally plugged into trends, algorithms, and storytelling through visuals and captions, this track is for you. You’ll help plan, schedule and optimize social content across platforms, gaining real insight into brand voice, engagement strategy and content analysis.
You’ll get to:
Assist in curating and captioning weekly content for AAVERI and its clients.
Plan content calendars and learn best practices for Meta tools.
Use scheduling platforms and performance tools to track impact.
Help strategize content based on brand values and audience insights.
3 Brief Reasons Why This Internship Is Different
This isn’t your average internship — and we didn’t build it like one. At AAVERI, we believe emerging creatives deserve more than résumé fillers and passive observation. This program is intentionally designed to help you step into your creative potential with real-world experience, supportive mentorship and meaningful collaboration.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your voice, grow your portfolio or explore your next step in the creative industry, here’s how this internship stands out:
→ You’ll Do Work That Matters
No coffee runs. No shadowing-only experiences. You’ll be directly involved in the work — contributing ideas, managing deliverables and collaborating across projects that support real businesses.
→ You’ll Be Guided, Not Micromanaged
Weekly check-ins with the Founder & Creative Director ensure you’re supported — but we also value autonomy and trust. You’ll grow in your ability to lead tasks, own your voice and take creative initiative.
→ You’ll Build a Portfolio with Purpose
By the end of the program, you’ll have tangible, professional work to showcase — content that aligns with your personal goals and creative aspirations.

The internship runs remotely and is divided into three core phases:
